Your favorite motto?

“Love is the art of being with others, meditation is the art of being in relationship with oneself. Let love and meditation be your two wings.” – Osho

Founder of Shala Omm, with a background in advertising, a professional in digital marketing and a happy mother of two children.

After years of working in the corporate world in 2011 when she moved to Prague, she started practicing yoga. Having studied classical dance during childhood and adolescence, she found a similar connection to the body in the practice of asanas as she had when she danced. Her practice has been diverse, including styles like Bikram, Dharma, prenatal yoga, mom & baby yoga, vinyasa, and ashtanga. The latter is her favorite, as it requires a special commitment.

She holds three certifications: Hot Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand in 2013, Prenatal Yoga with Lakshmi Yoga in 2015, and Vinyasa Yoga at Mukta Yoga in Mexico in 2018. All these certifications are approved by Yoga Alliance RYT-300.

The masters/teachers with whom you have practiced the yoga tradition you teach?

Lucas-Rockwood in Thailand at Koh Samui (Hot Yoga). Amado Cavazos, Patrick Frapeau, Baptiste Marceau and Isabel Huenul (Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga) in Mexico and France.

Years of teaching experience?

6 years of teaching experience!

Your favorite activity?

Yoga, of course, but I also love dancing, laughing, enjoying time with my family, running outdoors, and being in contact with nature, especially the forest and the sea.

What do you seek when you teach?

An authentic and sincere transmission, accessible to all, in order to cultivate bodily awareness, through, a taste for movement (its alignment) and its absence. Because the first one, allows us to release stagnant energy (sensations/emotions), and the second helps us to better understand this energy, promoting better interaction with ourselves and our environment at each stage of life.

What do you seek when you practice?

A kind of unity.

Your favorite heroes and heroines?

The people I love, and I have a particular admiration at the moment for Anne-Dauphine Julliand and Matthieu Ricard, as well as their work around resilience and meditation.
